I would never want my daughters Kaylee Bekiaris and Jordyn Bekiaris of Cartwright, Manitoba to ever think I haven’t made every effort to see them. This has continued every single week for 7 years and 7 months now (that’s 2,769 days).
Justice was served when your mom was served (by a court appointed bailiff for the Province of Manitoba) for breach of order and contempt of court.
Attached are two images that show Respondent (I can assure you this is not me, so who else could it be?) was guilty of absconding with Kaylee and Jordyn and not allowing the Petitioner (this one is me, Jason Bekiaris) 50% custody/access. Don’t worry, I have thousands of papers with the court order, court ruling and more, all at Steinbach Credit Union in a safety deposit box for you to see one day.
My sweet Kaylee Layne Bekiaris, if you think for two seconds, I haven’t made EVERY attempt to see you, think again. I love you and I miss you and I do have 50% custody of you and your sister, Jordyn Riley Bekiaris, which has not been honoured (again, I can assure you this is not me, so who else could it be?).
